We offer 12 months to take up your voucher, due to the interest in these days, we cannot offer more than one year, and we really do consider this is ample time, consequently:

• Your voucher really is only valid for the time scale outlined on the voucher.

• No refunds can be given for vouchers which have passed their expiry date.

• No extensions will be given to vouchers once they have passed the expired date, except under exceptional circumstances to be discussed with Mrs Parry-Jones.

• Should you need to cancel your booked day and re-book, there will be a charge of £25.00 for administration.

• Normally refunds for vouchers cannot be given. However an 80% refund will be given if cancelled within 30 days from date of purchase. You may pass the voucher onto a third party as a gift or resell the voucher as long as you let us know.

• Vouchers can only be used on days that are available.

• We have to reserve the right to cancel a day at any time with reasonable cause. (Extreme weather conditions or lack of viable numbers)
