Benefits

Work days

These will occur during our closed period and everyone will be working together – they are good fun, and we all have lunch together, and try to get through a great deal of work. We may ask you to bring tools, and you will certainly need to be dressed in clothes that you are happy to get dirty in! The days might be gardening, sorting out the paths and raking new gravel, cleaning aviaries (minus the birds) painting, fencing or whatever needs to be done to make the place special.

Members Evenings

The chance to get together with a picnic, the staff, the dogs and some birds, to chat, to learn, to have fun, to put forward ideas, to be a part of the team.

News

Three times a year we produce an online newsletter, and as from 2009 an annual report. The newsletters are designed to be entertaining and amusing and keep you up to date with the goings on at the Centre. The Annual Report will be more serious, shorter and tell you what we have done in the year and how things are going. Check out the latest page for the most current newsletter and the many archived newsletters.
